Mainland England & Wales – Orders will be charged at our normal rate of £29.95.
For deliveries to Scotland & Ireland, please call the sales team to discuss delivery charges.
We also offer a White Glove Service at an additional cost price on application.
Our aim is to deliver all goods as cost effectively and as quickly as possible. Great care is taken to ensure every item arrives safely. We will update you on your delivery status throughout the process period.
All items must be signed for at the point of delivery by an adult aged 18 years and over. In signing the delivery note, you are acknowledging that the item(s) delivered are in good condition and in no way faulty or damaged. Product items will be deemed your responsibility once they have been received by you, your agent or the intended recipient. Any loss or damage to the product shall then be at your own risk.
Should no one be present at the arranged delivery time another delivery time will be arranged and an extra delivery charge will occur.
As a respected and honest company, Lucia Victoria Interiors remain in line with health and safety requirements. Due to prevailing culture of litigation we have to point out that we will not be held responsible for any damage to goods/or property as a result of deliveries beyond the threshold of your property. Please note that items delivered via a staircase and/or upstairs are carried to the property at the owners own risk.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier’s delivery consignment note. Shortages must be noted on the consignment note where possible.
The delivery team endeavour to arrive within the stated time allocated, although we have no control over traffic hold-ups or unexpected events. If they are delayed we will endeavour to call to let you know.
The estimated delivery time given is only an approximation and cannot be guaranteed. Depending on the order our sales team will inform you in the event of any changes.
Please check your purchase(s) will fit through doorways to avoid disappointment.
To comply with regulations our drivers cannot remove, re-position or dispose of other items of furniture for you. They can only deliver through main entrances and doorways and not through windows or rooftops.
We are very happy to accept orders from all over the world. To arrange shipping costs please contact our office where one of your sales team will be happy to assist you.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide non-slippery protection for their floors (both carpets and wooden flooring), from the front door to the final placement of the item. (We cannot carry enough sheeting to provide protection for all deliveries). Lucia Victoria Interiors cannot be held responsible for damage to floors or carpets if they are insufficiently protected.
In case of delivery to certain locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business premises, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be proof of delivery.
We endeavour to provide the best Customer Service possible. Should anything go wrong we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
Please check all items on delivery before signing for them.
Should an item arrive faulty, we will automatically offer a replacement.
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged please reject delivery and state why on the form whilst the delivery driver is with you. This will enable the item to be returned immediately and a replacement arranged. Please note damaged items must be reported on the day of delivery.
We regret we cannot accept cancellations on orders that are made specifically for you. This includes bespoke and upholstered items. We are happy to amend your order during the first 2 days after the order has been placed. After this time, and when your product is in production, we cannot accept change or cancellation.
