The Terms and Conditions stated below, govern and regulate your use of this website and your relationship with Lucia Victoria Interiors. By using this website and/or ordering goods from Lucia Victoria Interiors you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time.
Accuracy of Content
While Lucia Victoria Interiors Ltd makes every effort to give a fair representation of the products, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic, publishing and digital media processes will allow.
All products comply with appropriate health, safety and consumer regulations. If a product is recalled by the manufacturer for any reason, you will be contacted immediately.
No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed via email by us.
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion, but are normally accepted if the goods are available. The order reflects current pricing. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Upon submitting the order and providing us with your payment details, you shall confirm and undertake that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment facility and authorise us to deduct the full price of the goods including postage and packaging.
The deduction of monies from your account does not mean we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order, we will credit your account with the full amount deducted.
Important Checks before Ordering
Please make sure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home and that our delivery van can get to your door. Points to look out for include twisty passages, low or narrow doorways and dog leg stairs. Please be aware that if we cannot deliver to your requested room we will leave the furniture at a place convenient to you. Please note Armoires, Wardrobes, Beds, Headboards and Dining tables etc. can be heavy, extremely large, and can come in one whole piece rather than in parts. It is therefore your responsibility to contact us on 01732 844967 in order that we may advise you further before you make your purchase.
It is your responsibility to measure accurately all doorways, ceiling heights and staircases, to ensure the item you are purchasing, can fit in to your home. For your convenience we provide clear and approximate sizes of all our furniture on our website. Most of our furniture measurements are correct, but please be advised that measurements can vary slightly during production. If you are in doubt about whether an item will fit in your room, please call our sales team on 01732 844967, we would love to help you.
All prices are shown GB Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may be necessary to increase or decrease prices. We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this site without notice. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order. The price on your order will be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. Should a pricing error arise, we will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated on your order and you may choose to either proceed with or cancel the order.
Price Match:- When you shop with us we want you to have the peace of mind that you are getting the best value for money. In the unlikely event that you find the same item cheaper elsewhere online, we will match their price only if:-
– The item must be publicly available for purchase on a UK based website that has a shopping facility and ability to take payment.
– The item must be “like for like” which means that it is brand new, the same colour, contains the same quality and quantity and has an identical manufacturer reference number, and in stock available for delivery.
– The price comparison must include VAT and delivery costs to the UK.
– Due to their nature, auction websites like eBay and marketplaces, like Amazon, are excluded.
– Our price match guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions or clearance offers.
– Typographical pricing errors will not be matched.
– We can only accept one price match request per item.
– This guarantee is subject to change and can be withdrawn at any time.
Invoices for interior design mood board’s and hourly rates/ meetings until completion will be charged accordingly.
Once you have paid for the interior design of your requirements, if you decide to not have interior design you will be charged a cancellation fee 20% of original price plus meeting charges.
Our invoice is based on agreement between yourself and the Interior Designer. Once payment has been made the Interior Designer will contact you to arrange a second meeting, and so on from there.
All invoices are inclusive of VAT.
All goods must be paid in full before delivery.
All items are sold subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are out of stock or will be delayed. Should an item be out of stock we shall reimburse your payment in full.
You should always inspect the goods upon receipt and check that everything specified is included.
Lucia Victoria Interiors accepts all major debit/credit cards. We do not accept payment by cheque, cash or postal order. Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for goods through this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products or services. We reserve the right to obtain validation and verification of the authenticity of your credit and debit card details, before providing you with any products or services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your Personal Data will only be used to provide the information we need for billing and to process and fulfil your order.
If you sign up to our newsletter, we may use your email address to send you information about products or services.
You can opt out at any point and you can ask for Personal Data to stop being recorded at any time.
Delivery of the goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. We are unable to take specific delivery details.
After your order has been received, a member of our customer services team will either email or telephone you and advise you with a guide as to the number of days/weeks we expect the item to be received. If the items are in stock we will do our best to get it to your destination within 3-21 days. As your delivery date approaches and our quality control has taken place, a member of our delivery team will contact you by phone/email to confirm exact time and date. Please note that we will deliver all your items in one delivery (when they are all in stock).
If an item is received which is deemed damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us with photographic evidence at firstname.lastname@example.org on the day of receipt. Please be aware that if there is no fault with the item(s) you have no legal right to a refund.
If you buy the wrong size or colour or change your mind, depending on the circumstances of your order we MAY, out of goodwill, consider a refund. Please note that if we do consider a refund, we reserve the right to deduct delivery/collection fees and 20% of the original cost of the goods.
Lucia Victoria Interiors liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer and we shall not be liable for any consequential loss where such liability is imposed upon Lucia Victoria Interiors by statute. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
Lucia Victoria Interiors Limited has taken all reasonable care in the preparation of the contents on this website, but makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.
Lucia Victoria Interiors liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. We shall be under no liability for any direct or indirect loss/or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer, which may arise from the use of this website.
Lucia Victoria Interiors shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. We shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
