Tracey worked with us to make sure we achieved our dream home. She was extremely patient, throughout the whole design process. We started with a dining area and kitchen, which then led to the hallway and some months later the lounge. She always made herself available for meetings or to discuss our thoughts, either at our house at a time to suit us or in her shop. Her designs and ideas took us well out of our comfort zones and we are so thankful that she did. She also listened, if she sensed doubt in our reaction, she would explain her ideas, but if she still felt we were not totally convinced, she would modify her ideas until we were. Her eye for detail and colour coordination is excellent. We’re so glad we went through this process with Tracey as our home would not be as beautiful as it is without her. Even the builders we used were commenting on the style being introduced and when you consider these guys are in peoples homes all the time, that tells you something. We have used Tracey from Lucia Victoria interiors for 2 complete room designs so far, from concept to completion. The process involved us talking through our likes and dislikes and then over a period of weeks going through a number of mood boards until we had a final design.
