I am Tracey Cooper, founder and interior designer at Lucia Victoria Interiors. I provide residential interior design in Maidstone and across Kent, helping homeowners create beautiful, practical homes that reflect their style and the way they live.

I am a professionally trained interior designer with more than 15 years' experience. I studied Interior Design at the National Design Academy, and my work has been recognised with Best of Houzz awards, including 2026.

Interior Design for rooms, homes and showhomes

I work on projects of different sizes, from a single room redesign to a whole home renovation, new build property or showhome. I also work with property developers and housebuilders.

Depending on your project, my interior design services can include consultations, space planning, furniture layouts, colour schemes, moodboards, wallpaper and fabric selection, lighting, furniture sourcing, window treatments and 2D or 3D design visuals. I can also help coordinate suppliers and contractors and support the project through to installation.

Based in Maidstone, I work with clients across Kent, including Bearsted, West Malling, Cranbrook, Rochester, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Canterbury, Ashford, Bromley, Sidcup and Bexley.

Design that feels like you

Every project begins with a conversation about your home, your ideas, your practical needs and your budget. I listen carefully and guide you through the decisions, helping you see how colours, furnishings, lighting and finishes come together.

I believe luxury is in the thought behind each decision and the details that make a space feel special - not simply in how much you spend. I also enjoy restoring furniture and giving existing pieces a new lease of life.
